Shipping and Delivery

Absolutely! We offer FREE shipping on every order above $99 within the U.S. and Canada.
- Standard Shipping: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.
- Potential Delays: During peak seasons or unforeseen events, shipping may take up to 14 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package.
All our packages are shipped with tracking information. Please monitor your tracking closely, as we are not responsible for stolen packages with confirmed delivery notices.
As we aim to fulfill orders promptly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or adjustments once an order has been placed.
Business Days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns/exchanges on all unused items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date (excluding sale and ineligible items).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
